Your Reflexology session will last approximately 45 minutes.

I adopt a holistic approach to the treatment, not just concentrating on specific complaints, but taking into account other aspects of your health and lifestyle.

On your first visit there will be an initial consultation where I will need general information about your way of life and medical history.

You will be asked to remove your shoes and socks before settling into the comfort of the reclining Reflexology chair.

There will be gentle music playing and the lights will be dimmed for the treatment unless you request otherwise.

I will do my best to make you feel comfortable and relaxed in order for you to gain the most benefit from the Reflexology treatment.
